Reliable. Strategic. Self-sufficient. On-time. On-target.
In 1989, after a few years teaching communication, I began my freelance career writing computer documentation and training materials for several Fortune 500 companies. During those projects, I discovered a knack for engaging technical experts, understanding the products they develop, and then turning that knowledge into clear, compelling communication for technical and nontechnical audiences. These unique skills have enabled me to focus my business on copywriting for high tech and industrial companies, translating and logically structuring complex ideas to create messages that establish credibility and persuade and sell.
My work is also supported by two advance degrees: an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Georgia and an M.S. in Technical Communication from Southern Polytechnic State University.
